MANDATE:

Assist the Local Chief Executive in the formulation and implementation of internal policies with regards to personnel matter.

VISION:

An office that serves as catalyst for human resource development for the general welfare of the needing public.

MISSION:

To provide assistance to the Local Chief Executive in the development, formulation and execution of policies, rules and regulations in all areas of personnel management in accordance with the Civil Service Law and rules.
