MUNICIPAL GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE

MANDATE:

Take custody of and be accountable for all properties, real or personal and supplies owned by the LGU and those granted to it in the form of donation, reparation, assistance and counterpart of joint projects.

Maintain and supervise janitorial, security, landscaping and other related services in all local government public buildings and other real property, whether owned or leased by the LGU.

VISION:

An indispensable arm of the Local Government ensuring systematic management and maintenance of the Municipality’s assets through instilling transparency and accountability among its workforce.

MISSION:

The Municipal General Services Office, as the sentinel of LGU’s assets is committed to procure, maintain and secure all properties while instilling among its workers systematic management, transparency and accountability.
