OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL ENGINEER

MANDATE:

Administer, coordinate, supervise, and control the construction, maintenance, improvement, and repair of roads, bridges, and other engineering and public works projects of the LGU concerned.

Provide engineering services to the LGU concerned, including investigation and survey, engineering designs, feasibility studies, and project management.

Regulate and ensure compliance with existing policies in infrastructure development and public works.

VISION:

To be an active, well-equipped and efficient department of the LGU that provides and manages high quality infrastructure projects that will uplift the quality of life of the people of Real.

MISSION:

To build excellent road and water infrastructure that will enable the people of Real to have a more comfortable life.

ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME:

Develop more road networks with concrete roads and pathways and build more water supply system projects that provide affordable and safe potable water.
